She is present only from the beginning of Slayers Try, when she hires the entire group to help her fight against an unknowm danger announced by a profecy. She belongs to the Ryozoku race , in fact her true form is that of a cute little dragon with a pink ribbon on its tail ; but most of the time she remains in her human form. Unfortunately, she's not as good as Milgazia in transformations: She forgets very often to make her tail disappear !
She is, as every other dragon,against the mazoku race and therefore also against Xelloss: practically in the series she does nothing but quarreling with him and chasing him with a big mace hidden under her skirt (tied to her garter). Between the two the most unreasonable one and the most annoyed by the vicinity of the other is just Filia, while the Mazoku seems to have a very good time teasing her. While Xelloss ( part of the evil forces) at first sight seems nice and calm, Filia (who bears the insignia of the Fire Dragon King) appears hot-tempered and violent but actually she is sweet and sensitive (never judje a book by its cover...).
BUT (I hope I'm not the only one to notice it) the two stop arguing after the episode in which Xelloss saves Filia from a landslide (see profile of Xel). At the end of Sl Try, Xel arrives to say < <I'm happy you are on our side > >!! Has something born between the two? Their relationship is remarkablly improved, but for us is not enough!!!!!!
